In addition, the porch has vertical rolling awnings in case it refreshes and want to be more welcome, a real luxury to spend time outside by the pool when cool! The pool has a dimensions of 8 m x 4 m and a depth ranging from 0.6 m to 1.3 m, which make it perfect for a refreshing swim after sunbathing in the 6 sun loungers that surround it.
The construction, with 550 m2 distributed on one floor, surprises with magazine interiors. The living room exudes delicacy and invites you to rest in any of its sofas and armchairs, suitable for a good read or an interesting movie on satellite TV! This leads to the dining room, equipped with a beautiful glass table with 8 chairs, television and views of the pool. Followed by impressive sliding glass doors that lead to a dream kitchen, where a central island awaits you with a gas stove and an induction hob, as well as the necessary appliances and utensils to become the best chefs. The laundry, independent, puts at your disposal a washing machine, a dryer, ironing board and an iron. Your rest will be in four rooms, all with wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The first offers two single beds together, en-suite bathroom with shower, exit outside and space to prepare a crib and a high chair if needed; while the rest have a double bed. There is a second bathroom with shower that serves the entire house. For air conditioning, there is air conditioners and oil central heating, adjustable with individual thermostats for each room.
